ORIGINAL STORY (1:59 PM): Yesterday, Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin announced the Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO). This will replace the Conditional MCO that we currently have in place, which is scheduled to end on 9 June. That being said, Penang may not be implementing the RMCO immediately come 10 June. Instead, the state will only enforce the RMCO once the state fine tunes the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow said that the state government will do so during a Penang Security Council Committee meeting on 9 June....
