Apple Need To Pay Qualcomm Rm126 85 Million For Three Patent Infringements Says Jury
A jury of US federal court in San Diego found Apple guilty of infringing on three of Qualcomm’s patents. As a result, the former owes the latter US$31 million (~RM126.85 million). This values the three patents at US$1.41 (~RM5.77) per iPhone. It is not known at the moment whether Apple will appeal the decision or otherwise. Nevertheless, the latest decision is yet another interesting addition to the multiple legal battles between the two big names in tech which have carried on for the past few years although they just getting warmed up though....
