According to hongxing2020 (@hongxing2020), the leakster who initially broke the news on the alleged existence of the souped up cards, NVIDIA could very well be preparing to officially break its silence on the cards during the middle of December this year. Specifically, the RTX 2060 will be hitting store shelves on 7 December, while the jacked up RTX 3070 Ti 16Gb and RTX 3080 12GB will both be announced from 17 December, with availabilities set for 11 January onwards....

Rumours of NVIDIA’s alleged launch plans first came to light via a Tweet from user hongxing2020 (@hongxing2020), who claims that the RTX 3090 SUPER, which is obviously an updated model of the current RTX 3090, will be the first card of the SUPER lineup to be announced next year. In addition to that, hongxing2020 also claims that NVIDIA will launch two more cards: an RTX 3070 Ti with 16GB GDDR6X memory and a resurrected RTX 2060 from the Turing era, but one with 12GB GDDR6 memory....

According to a post on its official support page, NVIDIA says that it will continue to deliver Game Ready driver updates, performance enhancements, and bug fixes to mobile Maxwell, Pascal, and Turing notebook GPUs. In the case of Kepler, the GPU architecture will only be getting critical security updates, but only until April 2020. Do note that this planned demarcation is only applicable to the mobile version of the Kepler GPU, and not the desktop variant....
